Clearly you explain the reason behind openEHR and its existence. To me as a non-medical low-code developer you really hit the nail on the head for the shortcomings of trying to build a medical patient apps the traditional way with using a relational database. This concept of openEHR with archetypes and templates seems to overcome most of these issues. So thanks for bringing this forward.
