Three Motorcycle riding techniques you must know...

In this class video, I'll show you the last and what most people consider, the most difficult exercise in the Ride Like a Pro course. It's called the Snowman. It is three circles which decrease in size as you go through it. To master this exercise, you need the most important techniques for low speed riding. Head and eyes, friction zone and a little pressure on the rear brake. Without these techniques, you are a motorcycle drop looking for a place to happen.

Jerry thanks for sharing the drop guards with us. We have 2 sets now and they have been awesome to have. They have allowed me and my husband to be able to have fun practicing the last 2 weeks like never before without worry and it has been so much fun.

Jerry, I have a 2018 Harley Heritage with an engine guard. I looked at the Motorcycle drop guards as added insurance for my bike. I would order the heavy duty since I don't have any fairings. When I saw the price of $300, I was a little taken back. My engine guard is a steel tube able to withstand the force of 700 pounds if I were to lay the bike down. $300 for brackets is extremely steep. Therefore, I will pass and if I have to lay the bike down, so be it. I'll go ahead and replace the engine guard for the same price. Not a bad idea, but price is steep.

I am constantly telling the people I ride with to speed up to around 8-10 mph when we're doing slow speed maneuvering, yet they seem to always slow down.

Thanks Jerry.
Keep those inspiring videos coming, and the perspective from the Drone shot really helps.

Just picked up my first cruiser ever and first bike in about a decade!! VTX 1300 and your videos on slow riding techniques has helped me tremendously. After 2 training sessions I'm able to do the slow cone weave at 12' and I can do u turns in 18' in both directions. I already had a good handle on the friction zone. Bought your DVD and watch it once a week. Every time I ride I take my backpack with measuring wheel and msf cones.

Ugh! The snowman! All of you did excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have been down, and have run out of this exercise numerous times. This exercise is a real pill. Thank you Jerry for another teaching video!

Jerry Im a seasoned rider, riding now for about 15 yrs. I started through schooling and watching 1000’s of your videos (as well as others) so this is a salute to you sir. I now ride a 1000 lb yamaha venture that you once test drove. I love it but she’s a beast. I would say though that everyone is different and everyone isn’t going to be as good as you, you’ve been doing this for years. I dont care how I look to other riders, I could care less. I do want to learn as much as possible to stay alive and live to see tomorrow thats all I care about. I never will care what others think and neither should you. TY

Joe. I don't know if you have already, but maybe you should do a video about the Freewheelers and Trikes. I'm 69 years old and sold my Street Glide a while back, basically because I didn't know how to safely ride it. So I watched and watched your great videos and went to test drove a Softail, but still I was still taking the turns to sharp and felt out of control. Maybe because I am over 300lbs. So I finally swallowed my pride and bought a Tri Glide Ultra. Best thing I ever did. Found a great end of season deal. My girlfriend, who I didn't have back then, loves it also.

Jerry! Have you ever thought of coming to Canada? Calgary, AB, July or August. Would love to bring your technic here.

Keep your sight where you want to go. No need to mock the guy that dropped his Beemer.
