Mattress Recycling │ Bulky Waste Recycling - 100% Resouces Utilization

The project in this video is our proposal for the waste mattress. Firstly, the mattress is fed into the four shaft shredder via a slat conveyor. Light material and heavy are then separated by windsifter. Under the action of the magnetic separator, metal is separated from light material and has high purity. The heavy material has a smaller discharge size after being shredded by a small size four shaft shredder at another discharge size of the windsifter. After the mattress recycling system, all the materials contained in the waste mattress are collected separately to achieve 100% utilization of resources.
