ICC invited PCB chair Mohsin Naqvi. But apparently, he did not deem it fit to attend and cited urgent 'work' in parliament! A representative, one, Mr Ahmed, was sent. Pakistan should be ashamed of the way it conducted ICC Champions trophy and, nothwithstanding that the entire world is mocking it, shamelessly blames ICC for the shambles!
