Lee Know understands English well, but he doesn’t speak it much because he’s worried about pronunciation. He’s translated and written some of their songs in English.

All SKZ members can speak basic English but the fluent members are Chan, Felix, Seungmin (Han and Hyunjin too because Han studied in an international school and Hyunjin's been learning English more), Changbin and I.N are basic speakers, they can understand English properly but speaking it is hard but they're learning a lot more now
Lee Know is the member who doesn't like speaking English but staff members have been saying that he's been practising very hard to learn English, especially because Stray Kids go to a lot of international award shows (AMA, VMA, etc.)

Chan knows how to read Greek but he isn't fluent in speaking it though and Felix only knows enough words in French to make a small conversation

Fans like to exaggerate, felix can't even hold a full conversation let alone a functional one in French. We don't call that to be speaking the language. He just said he learn some French not speak some French.
When you said someone speaks the languages it means they are able to hold a functional basic conversation.
