As of 2023, Breathometer is no longer available, and Mark Cuban has referred to it as his worst investment on the show.

The only reason I'm mad about this is because he endangered lives with what he did sell. These devices were supposed to tell owners if they're legally sober enough to drive. And yes, I remember he said it's only supposed to help people make a better judgement decision but if someone's drunk and they see that they're technically fine to drive while the device is inaccurate, a better decision wouldn't be made at all!
