These videos were designed to help with focus and time management. Whether you are studying for an exam, working full time, cleaning your house, etc, these timers break up large periods of time into smaller sections.
By splitting time into smaller sections, I find it easier to understand where I'm spending my time. During the breaks I've included reminders to hopefully help remind us all to drink some water and stretch. Time management is hard, life gets complicated, but hydration and stretching are forever. I hope this timer has been helpful.
