As rich and life-supporting as the Earth is today, it was once nothing more than a column of dust, dancing inside a scorched cyclone of stellar gas. And just how we as humans managed to emerge from this ancient dust makes up the topic of this video. So join us, as we wind the cosmic clock backwards almost five billion years, from you and I today, all the way back to the birth of the solar System, back to when Earth was nothing more than a burning, barren wasteland.

I'm happy I get to be a human and contemplate the existence of the Earth and it's place in the universe.

This is one of your greatest (if not the best) videos yet. I was beginning to feel frustrated that you haven't posted in some time, but if it means that we get to have masterpieces like this, it's worth the wait. Keep up your incredible work, Sam.

Fantastic video as always; I usually listen at work instead of watching, except on Sundays, and the script is top notch my friend. Narration on point. Always look forward to your releases.

Out of all of your videos, I think this is one of my favorites. I've seen it more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, and it never gets old. Thank you SEA 🙂

This channel has quickly become my favorite by a landslide. Many other channels have clickbait titles, exaggerate facts, or outright lie, this channel shines with relevant science and accurate information. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re blessing us and we thank you for it!!

This was just awesome! Your videos (and channel) never disappoint and I am constantly impressed by the amount of time and quality you put into each production. You always seem to strike the perfect balance of detail, pacing, and narration combined with a sense of awe and wonder inherent to these kinds of topics. This video - along with your previous videos that walked through the history of the early Solar System (and its ultimate fate) - are among my favorites on the entire platform!

What an AWESOME video mate. I've shared this with a mate who recently lost his wife through sickness. His sad face became a light of hope, that tomorrow will always come.
