Hi Rebecca thanks a lot, your lectures help me to understand which word to use or the proper words that i need to utilize. I'm looking forward for you to discuss the "Had had" term. I'm still confused about the meaning and when should i use this.

Thank you so much. I can't tell you how many times I have heard native English speakers improperly use the word "myself" in a sentence. It is a surprisingly common error to use a reflexive pronoun as a subject pronoun as in your third (incorrect) example at the bottom.

Thanks a lot Rebecca,  now I differentiated how and when to use (I and Myself) in a sentence or in my speech. But is it correct to say something starting  (e.g. I personally was there)?Simon from Namibia

Only use "MYSELF" in a sentence that contains "I". This is a simple rule taught by my middle school english teacher.
For some strange reason, native english speakers have come to believe that "MYSELF" is "more formal than "ME". Those that speak english as a second language rarely make this mistake.
"Me, Myself and I" are of equal formality, there use is either right or wrong.

BTW, "COMMENTATOR " IS NOT A WORD.
"Me, Myself and I"

Hello Rebecca, that's a nice point when the meanings are obvious. What about the first sentence you wrote "I enjoyed myself at the party." Now here the meanings are pretty obvious that I enjoyed myself. So why don't we just say "I enjoyed at the party."

Who also did the quiz? I mean why is this correct: She said she would carry it home by herself?
Shouldn’t be: her home?
