using one of these with an MXQ PRO 4K the keyboard itself works (all keys) when used with a PC/Laptop but the 'Q' Key doesn't work when using it with the MXQ Pro 4k even though you can get a 'q' using an onscreen keyboard - I've searched for an answer to this and I'm thinking it's to do with a glitch in the MXQ Pro Software any ideas - I've tried changing keyboard settings but without joy (so far)

We brought exactly the same box just that it doesn’t have the blue words and battery in it, ours uses standard AAA batteries and no USB wire or instructions book

I'm trying to figure out when you can tell that this remote has reached a full charge? First time charging. Does the lights on keyboard change when charge is complete?

Hey so when you shift the colors there are 7 colors if you hold the FN button and hit f2 then keep your finger on the FN button and use the mouse pad at the bottom and run your finger left to right while holding the FN Button and you can get new colors like white, yellow and multicolored on top of the red, green and blue.

I have purchased this unit 3 times now. When I try to charge it I plug it into laptop USB/connected to keyboard. Little orange light comes on. How do I know when it's fully charged? Is there anything else I have to do after its charged to turn remote back on? I figured it would just plug in and when charged light would change to green or something.
