Balint’s syndrome is a rare neuropsychological condition which causes: Oculomotor apraxia: the inability to intentionally move your eyes towards an object.Optic ataxia: the inability to accurately r each for something you're looking at. Visual simultagnosia: an inability to see the whole picture. In Balint's syndrome, only parts of the whole is seen.

It is due to visual cortex damage and not parietal lobe I guess
