2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Coconut
1/2 cup Chopped pecans
1/2 Cup Raisins
1 Cup grated Apple
2 Cups grated Carrot
1 Cup Canola Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla

I WILL USE “ONLY” 1/2 CUP VEG-OIL AND
1/2 CUP APPLESAUCE…I PREFER NOT TO USE A CUP OF OIL…ALSO I SOAK MY RAISIN IN WARM APPLE JUST UNTIL PLUMP 5-10 Minutes,
THEN DRAIN ✔️

Sharron, I enjoyed your video very much…I looked at others but this one is best by far!!!…can I use olive oil verses canola oil by chance?…I only baked (first time ever) some oatmeal muffins 3 days ago and would like to try Morning Glory Muffins soon. Thanks again!!!…
