Love Affairs of Rishi Kapoor. Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor left us too soon on the morning of 30th April at Mumbai’s Sir H N Reliance Hospital. He was undoubtedly a true gem of Indian cinema and it is great loss for the film fraternity. During his young age, this great actor was linked with many Bollywood actresses because of his womanizing nature. Let us have a look at the love affairs of Rishi Kapoor.

1. Yasmin :- Rishi Kapoor in his autobiography ‘Khullam Khulla’ wrote that even before his debut in Bollywood, he had a girlfriend. His girl friend was Parsi and her name was Yasmin Mehta whom he dated for quite long time. When his first movie came and his link up rumours were published, Rishi Ji and his girl friend had a major fight and she left him. The great actor was really heartbroken and he tried his best to convince Yasmin but he failed and his relationship with Yasmin ended.

2. Dimple Kapadia :- In 1973, Rishi Kapoor’s first movie in a lead role, Bobby, was released in which his co star was none other Dimple Kapadia. As soon as the movie was released their on screen chemistry created magic on the silver screen and reports started doing rounds that the couple were dating. Many reports were published regarding their off screen romance and their fans really wanted to see them together. When their relationship was making headlines was mostly talked in tinsel town, Dimple Kapadia broke up with Rishi Kapoor and got married with Rajesh Khanna.

3. Neetu Singh :- Rishi Kapoor first met Neetu Singh at the sets of their movie Zehreela Insaan and it was a love at first sight for the veteran actor. They started dating from the year 1975 and the late actor then clearly told Neetu Singh that though he loved her a lot, he was not ready for marriage, But soon Rishi Kapoor realised that he was not able to live with her as he really missed her a lot during outdoor shoots. And, one of the most celebrated couple of Bollywood, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh got married in the year 1980 after dating each other for 5 years.

4. Juhi Chawla :- Even after his marriage, because of his womanizing nature, Rishi Kapoor was linked up with his co actresses. There were rumours that Rishi Kapoor was in love with his co actress Juhi Chawla. Their bond became strong in the movie Bol Radha Bol and they were very much close to each other. Rishi Kapoor and Juhi Chawla’s relationship was making headlines everyday as Rishi Kapoor was married then. But Juhi ended their relationship as never wanted to break Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor’s marriage.

5. Divya Bharati : - Rishi Kapoor even could not control his feelings for his Deewana co actress beautiful Divya Bharati. There were reports back then that the chocolate boy of Bollywood, Rishi Kapoor started dating the doll like actress Divya Bharati. No one ever took their relationship in good way as Rishi Kapoor was already married then and also Divya Bharati was half of his age. Because of their huge gap people often mocked their relationship and Rishi Kapoor was having hard time as Neetu Kapoor came to know about his extra marital affair. That is why Rishi Kapoor ended his extra marital affair with Divya Bharati as the amazing actor did not want to lose his wife, Neetu Kapoor.
