Also, if you go settings preferences and then animation, and change the caching to DG can help alot of crashes, parallel is known to be kinda broken. However turn it on if you really need it cause sometimes DG has different timing than you see in the timeline. If you don't wanna change back to parallel make sure to make some playblasts to see if the timing is what you looking for.

Hilarious, but helpful. I'm going through this exactly and I 'm thinking... damn! I need to just switch and learn Blender... you nailed it. AHHHH! Unfortunately that didn't work. It may be I had the bright idea to upgrade to Maya 2024 in the middle of a small project using MASH. Probably that's it. Delete prefs, reload, or re-install maybe. Sometime, most of the time, I hate MAYA
