Adjust the hood hinges. Loosen hinge bolt at fender nearest firewall, push up on hood while loosening front bolt. When hinge moves tighten both bolts. Repeat until rear hood is flush with fender. Repeat on other side. Make sure hinges are lubed.

Looks like the whole dash is moving, watch the speedometer gauge at 6:23 & 6:40. Probable missing a few bolts (above steering column & top center of dash under pad).
