The lyrics have always been really deep. Most of us have been there at one point. Wanting to move on and love someone new but being stuck loving the person we lost. Great song

3:43 this is absolutely insane, he transposes the song upward to fit his voice. Real talent.
Edit: Sorry it sounded like a transposition but it wasn't, it was a chromatic transition going from natural minor scale to the harmonic scale.

So incredible! Usually with a piano, you can't replicate the whole orchestra or band, and so it's a more calm, "unplugged" song version. This guy has created it - I am so in awe of this! - that the SAME, the very same progression from quiet all the way up to the climax of the song, the same goosebumps, the same emotion, and that without the drums!

I am still sitting here and thinking about that arrangement. I am so awestruck by this, I have to recollect myself.
