Jordan needs to simply record and endlessly replay that hollow, shrill, petrified statement. It will save time. It's the same one he and so many other Republicans repeat after each mass shooting -- the statement that ensures nothing will get done, nothing will be changed, and more blood and carnage await, and soon. But hey, we have their thoughts and prayers. I'm sure that's warm comfort for the families lowering small coffins into the ground.
