I suffer terrible headaches from most restaurant foods in the U.S. and any highly preserved or processed foods from our supermarkets. On my first trip outside the U.S. 13 years ago, I ate all sorts of foods from 4 different countries in Europe and had no headaches for 3 months; the longest stretch without a headache or migraine in my life. Our food is killing us!

I work at a major food warehouse that is gigantic and we used to run air foggers in the morning that contain pesticide to kill anything that was on pallets of food so it did not infect the whole warehouse. Be aware that Mitch pesticide may beyond bags boxes and such coding them many times with insecticide so wash your hands as soon as you get home. I assume every warehouse does that to protect their products from infestation.

Most baked goods from grocery stores give me headaches, migraines, digestive and skin problems. Can’t figure out exactly which ingredient it is. I suspect it might be the vegetable oils which are extremely difficult to avoid unless you make absolutely everything yourself which can be stressful with other responsibilities. Food industry has really screwed us all.

there's a lot of things we label Designated as Generally Safe, that may or may not be, but we aren't sure, we only know it can theoretically cross the blood/brain barrier. Also, a while back, there was a guy making a big push for fresh stuff in schools. Got threatened to oblivion by the big food manufacturers cause they're making so much money selling frozen stuff, but we need to keep it up. Thanks for this :) XOXO

It doesn’t help that they put roundup on your wheat to increase the yield of the grain. It’s also outlawed in Europe and their autism rates are far below ours and is directly linked to this difference.

Dr. Mike, Can you explain why so many young people are dying from heart attacks and strokes? I have never seen so many in my life. The media is so quite about it and it is concerning.
