I damaged my soldering pen because of reverse polarity 😢 I can see the damaged item but it's impossible to read the code on it. It's the first element beside the power entry. It's a six-pins item. Can anyone help me identify that chip?

Reprogram it to do what? It's a soldering iron, it only has one function, to get hot . What on earth else do you think you can make it do that's useful? What a pointless exercise
