Soviet Cookie Monster

For today's quest, I'm making a monster from the 'Trapped in Limbo' DLC that's inspired by 'kolobok' from a East-Slavic fairytale of the same name and an Eastern European Walnut Cookie 'Oreshki'.
I made its core with a really basic bread like in the tale, its walnut-like shell with shortbread cookie and the glue that holds everything together from dulce de leche just like an Oreshki.

It was probably the most challenging quest so far... I had to try multiple times to get it right.

Ingredients:
Egg: 1
Walnut: 1 Handful
Butter: 100g
Modelling Chocolate (Various Colors): 200g
All Purpose Flour: 240g + 200g
Powdered Sugar: 50g
Salt: 0.5 tsp + 1 Pinch
Baking Soda: 0.25 tsp
Dulce De Leche: 150g
Water: 180mL
Yeast: 1 tsp

OHHH so that's what that thing was supposed to look like! I remember kolabok but I always thought he was a pancake for some reason... could never figure out how it was he rolled so well. on the last page of the picture book I knew him from, he gets a big round bite taken out of him by the fox, and he looked so flat I thought he must be a cheese pancake, a syrnik.
