GSAP 1.19.0: ModifiersPlugin, function-based values, updates to ScrollToPlugin and SplitText

Function-based values (great for randomizing or using custom logic to determine end values).

New "modifiers" plugin that lets you do whatever you want to values just before they're applied on each "tick". Snap, wrap, base them on other values...the possibilities are endless.

ScrollToPlugin scrolls to any element not just numeric values.

SplitText lets you define a custom word delimiter
