1). Gifts are from unrelated person
2). Gifts are from person within india
3). Gifts are in the nature of Money Transfer
4). Gift amount *exceeds 1 crore* in a financial year
5). Gift recipient has no other sources of income

What is the tax rate at which the recipient is liable to pay tax ?

I googled it but didn't get any relevant solution. Please sir 🙏...help me to solve this
