Thanks for a great video!
This is awesome for larger shrimp, but I've had a hard time making it work for medium sized shrimp. Also, if your shrimp still have the heads on it's often easy to devein by pulling off the head and grabbing the vein where it sticks out from the body (where the head used to be attached) and just pulling it out. Works for at least 90% of shrimp. Just passing that along.

I'm a fishmonger so I'm gonna try this technique out, hopefully it's as easy as it looks! Appreciate you putting three cool and clearly explained ideas in a sub 2 minute video, nice and too the point.

OK dude, I just found your channel. And I do not subscribe to many channels, I have now seen a few of you videos and they are all awesome. I hope to see more.

Nicely done.  There is another channel that showed de-veining using a fork but it left a jagged cut.  This method leaves the shrimp nice and presentable.  Thanks for the tip.

I also suggest that, in removing the heads, u do not twist them off. Instead, you pinch the head lightly on the sides and pull it upwards until removed. This way, the good stuff in the head is also left on the shrimp.

It would have been nice to see the final product of the reverse stuffed shrimp.

Why so much aversion for the vein. The coolest part of the shrimp is the vein! Especially a bowl full of deep fried shrimp veins. They are the bomb! ;-)
