One time when getting nail dip, the lady was so rough with my hands. I was wincing and holding back tears. But I'm a huge doormat when it comes to customer service workers and she just told me she had a daughter around my age so I felt too bad, maybe she had a rough day and this would make it worse. I recoiled once and brushed it off with her and apologised so I wouldn't make her feel bad. I ended up with multiple cuts on my fingers and decent nails. Never went back to that place ]:
