I'm a slapple main and I found that it's extremely useful. It can counter the wall ability of pusher since the tree tends to fling you up pretty high when used (if you're laggy enough, you'll go absolutely flying!). The knockback of the tree is good for countering almost any glove or just keeping people from getting close to you easily (I find this particularly useful against overkill, error, and god's hand users).
Slapple's tree ability is the most OP thing about it, mainly due to the knockback, and the fact that you can wait till the cooldown is up and spawn another tree.
I'm not really one of the annoying slapple users but I still tend to do the silly goober thing at times.

Slapple can counter *ALMOST* any glove with ease using the ability and a good strategy!

just adding this (i know it didnt exist 4 months ago) psycho is the absolute best counter for reaper. Trade hits, you win. the ability will destroy the reaper. hold them against the edge and they are gone

If you use the charge ability and then u get stunned by a stun u will keep charging but ur still stunned so u cannot move ur character for the same normal time that you get stunned, high chance of falling off.

one problem with, *ahem* fish countering detonator. Detonator counters fish. Hit them off normally, they flop, explode them off as they won't have the ability

Bubble is actually a good counter to fish, as it prevents them from flopping side to side, only up and down when it pops. Ik bcuz I’m trash at dodging

Here’s a tip for snow: if you don’t have a one shot glove use dream if you use dream it’s ability will not work on you.

adios is the most underrated glove and people don't think much of it it can survive all gloves except overkill error and that's it
also it has very high knockback and can be very dangerous if used correctly >:)
