just took june SAT and in my opinion having my timer on did help me personally A LOT it helped me know how much time i was spending on a question and if i spent longer than a certain amount of time on a question i flagged it for review at the end. I would rather spend my time KNOWING i got the easy questions right vs taking a long time on ones that are more challenging for me / might not get right even if i spent time on it yk? anyways thats my advice
