It’s heartening to see someone in the bike business that isn’t totally demoralized by the bike industry AND is still passionate about bikes in generaL. The bad news is the age old narrative of going against the “bigs”, which does not bode well for small independent business owners. The good news is that quality, in all of its forms, still translates. “Cream rises to the top” is a nice mantra, but to make money while rising is the trick! Let’s hope for James more than good luck!!! Thanks Chris for shining a light at James.
