I replaced the roller weights, sliders and a drive belt.

Get the belt anchored with something like a fixed metal pipe or a hook then pull and squeeze the clutch simultaneously. This will get the belt go easily in the clutch pulley. Then you can place it on the scooter with no effort

small bit of advice ... put engine parts on an old sheet on the ground rather than straight on the floor it is very easy to pick up a small stone that will damage the soft aluminium engine parts if it gets inside your casings
or even worse block an oil channel ...
