I would take extra precautions going to any foreign country period, and I have been to several and have lived abroad for 12 years. It is simply the responsible thing to do. Get off your high horse. Your country is not better than anyone else’s.

America should be a level 3 as a Lucian, the Caribbean/ West Indies is safer than all of America. Let people travel, America mad that people leaving them and not vacationing in their country like they tend to do in these islands. Yes be careful and don’t go out at night to areas you don’t know, treat it like your actual home.

Odd, been seeing plenty of YT vloggers, particularly from Africa, in Jamaica traveling to diverse areas of the island with no major problems, just beautiful beaches, education and having a good time.
