Sirjee yeah star power app istemaal to dikhao. Kyunki nehi kar payenge. Maine liye yeah policy, na to consultation book kar pa raha na to book and order section open ho raha. Mereko to yeah pura cheez hi fraud lag raha. Repeatedly mail kiye hai 15 days hogaya kuch response nehi kiya.

Opd mein waiting period nhi hota..agar opd mein bhi waiting lgaa diya toh customer use kya krega

sir Child ko fever hoga, nextvdin appointment milega, uske 24-48hrs ke baad medicine milega. Iska matlab bachcha 3 din se la ilaz rahega. Aise policy ka kya matlab. Hum ummed karte hai ki aap policies ki khamiya bhi video men btao. Tabhi aapka video, sahi jankari de sakta.

Kindly note reimbursement has been stopped in this policy from June 1st. So don't provide wrong information.
I have been using this policy current and went for reimbursement claim they rejected. It's a worst service im requesting all don't take this policy it's completely useless. Each time claim they ask more documents and keep our claim on hold

2. Emergency OPD is not allowed if the appointment is not booked by the apps.
3. Medicine can be bought from the application only.
4. Some medicines are not covered in the plan
5. You can only buy medicine for 15 Days.
6. Worst support by customer care.
