That seems so disappointing. The ten dollar fee subscription is dumb and the fact that you still have to buy the games is actually just straight up stupid. I feel like there is really no point in buying this because if your fine with spending the subscription just buy Xbox game pass. I expect more from google and I just couldn’t imagine people in google thinking this was smart. Disappointing

I believe you can't play the free games anymore if you don't pay the subscription fee and no discounted games and you'll only be able to play games you purchased .

But like you said the free version will be out around February.

Stadia is a hard pass. You can get all the games on Stadia for a fraction of the cost on Steam and consoles. With that money you save on monthly fee, bandwidth bills and games, you can buy an actual system with infinitely better stability, input latency, and true 1080p/4k picture quality that won't go away in 2 years because the service isn't making enough money.
