This Item Combo is BROKEN... (literally)

Sundered Sky seems like a pretty problematic item right now...

This actually works with Jayce W too ( with around 2.3 AS every champ can get 2 crits with it ) and if soraka builds 2.6 AS since her AA missile speed is very slow she can get 3 crits with it

Feels like it's because the mark isn't consumed until the first aa hits, so if the hydra reset is launched before first hit lands, the game treats it like a crit as well.

What is probably most funny is fact that 2nd crit is for 150% not for bugged 175%.

Sunder sky is nuts even with out the bugs. I have a replay of me as poppy fighting for 2:30 min with no mana just atuoing people and healing. The item had 18k healing at the end of the game

I think what Riot should do is a server in which they ship the patches before they do it on live servers, so that players can find and report bugs and glitches. That would help against shipping a patch that has so many bugs!

Really liked to see Pantheon on a video, but more important than using him as a melee champ placeholder is the fact that sundered sky doesn't work on his empowered W, as in, the 3 aa after the stun

Yeah its really insane how consistently Riot ignores bugs. From the first week of their release on pbe I reported sundered sky not working on some attack modifiers, like Graves or Urgot W, but they released the items without even adressing them. (Btw not only their attack dont get crits, they do LESS damage than normal non-crit attacks, I seriously dont know the spaghetti on that).

fun fact about sundered sky: this item show a demacia(?) icon on champions for us to crit on and heck, when neeko disguises, this icon also show on neeko too and you can tell if neeko is turning into a minion or something else (note: if neeko clone the icon show on both neeko and her clone) so yes this is a neeko-counter-item

i can guess the interaction will only ever work on ranged champs
crits are rolled at the moment a basic attack is declared, so that the game can use the crit animation. the sundered sky cooldown only starts after the basic attack lands. so if you can attack multiple time before your first attack lands, your sundered sky will crit each time.

even weirder with Graves is that it plays the sound as if you're firing a crit auto, but he simply doesn't do that with sundered sky

I think it works because the sundered sky proc is only consumed, once the attack hits. Thats why with the titanic reset you can attack again before the first one connects.

Hey Vandiril currently heartsteel's description in the shop is broken, mainly the passive description differs from the shop vs the inventory(how it acts in game too) in the shop it says, that both the damage and the hp increase is in relation too max hp (damage: 5%maxHealth + 100 ; increase in hp: 0.6% +12) however in the game / inventory it works differently there it works how the patchnote of 14.1 says (190 + 10 % of bonus item health ; 12% of that as bonus health). maybe you can bring this issue forward as it do be funny.

@Vandiril there is a bug i don't know whether was discovered or not
Seems like if you build Profane Hydra and Voltaic Cyclosword together, your cyclosword additional AA damage will not proc hydra
Haven't tested it out on other hydras but the idea is around there, hoped that I helped

I believe I know WHY this only happens on ranged.
The fact that it is gonna be a crit or not is calculated while the bullet is being created, proof being that the firing animation is different.

So, when a ranged champion fires the first bullet for Sundered Sky and then triggers the Hidra reset while the Sundered Sky bullet is still in the air, the bullet is also being created with the guaranteed crit from Sundered Sky.

And I believe its a almost unfixable bug without breaking something else, because if you fix it, situations in which Yasuo or Samira delete the projectile before it hits them or someone else might also become bugged.
