My husband and I were just trying to remember how to pull out one of the Revashelf shelves to reach behind it, and couldn’t get it apart. I watched your video showing where to find the “triggers.“ Thank you!

3M makes an extremely strong double-sided foam tape you could use to mount the back support to the cabinet when you're worried about screws poking through like in your application. Great video, I'm expecting my shelves in a couple of days and now feel prepared for the installation.

Rev-A-Shelf is extremely high quality, highly recommended. Almost done outfitting my entire kitchen with them, check them out and see if it's a good fit! Great video, this is my next move for the pots and pans.

We installed 3 2 tier units yesterday and ordered 6 1tier units from Home Depot today. Your video is very helpful. Again, thank you very much and Have a Happy Labor Day Weekend !!

Why, why, why didn't I see your video first?? You would have saved me so much agony! I just finished installing mine and you are exactly right. I have double doors, but also double the size. I thought because it was a two tier, I needed the extra support of screwing the front part into the frame, plus I'd have no wasted space. I was so concerned with the doors opening and closing, I didn't think about the hinges hitting. The top one hits part of the frame!! I can use it, but I'll probably unscrew it all tomorrow and move it over an inch or so. I don't like the scraping....lol Anyway, your entire video was so helpful, even the part of making sure which way to put the slides in. (I'm clumsy too!) Thank you for an excellent video. You have a new subscriber! 😃

I would want to mount the Rev-a-Shelf to either the left or right, not the middle. That way I would have room for more storage on the side. It's too bad that Rev-a-Shelf hasn't created an adjustable product that would maximize the new shelf/basket space. I can't stand wasting storage space.

Your hand hid the lever that you push down. I tried everything to see if and couldn’t. Thankfully my son figured it out.

This is a great video. Thank you.
I'm having a problem with sliding the bottom basket on. Seems like the basket is not wide enough to slide in. One side is falling out.
Any suggestions?

I need to REMOVE the outer section of the Sliding mechanism to install Rev-a-Shelf's mounting bracket for a cabinet door due to tight space limitations. How do I get the slider to detach? After removing and installing the bracket, I then want to re-install the outer slide. This is for a two-basket garbage version of the Rev-a-Shelf.

I just assembled my shelves and will install tomorrow or over the weekend.  Just wondering...is that the max width shelf for the cabinet you installed? I noticed theres a few inches (1.5-2?) on the sides that are not being used. Maybe some baking pans can be slid in there. Good job!

why does my bottom shelf not come out as far as my top shelf. This is so irritating. Is there an adjustment I am missing

Do you know if these can be installed only on one side? My cabinet is 48" with 2 doors and a stile in the middle. I want to put my cookware in this cabinet. It is terribly inconvenient to get it out w/out the drawer. Also, it's an island. How would you suggest attaching in the back? Thanks for any advice!
