This is the cutest! I feel like, I too went for the “quirky” look after becoming a mama. It IS so nostalgic and it does make it so much more magical for the kids. Within the last few years my kids have also picked out some decor elements, they are not my “go to” but it makes them feel special to pick something out and bring it out every year 🥹❤️ which makes my mama heart so happy!!

My son has a homemade pumpkin basket that his grandmother made him when he was born and to this day he uses it for his candy that he hands out and he’s 42 years old

I was the same... my kids love decorating for the seasons.. even Halloween..we have the "crazy" Halloween decor up for a few days before and after Halloween!, but Fall is up the whole season.
