Thought my controller was broken when I couldn’t move my breakout paddle ! Nope atari designed this fabulously

**update ** my friends are saying the original did this too, I had no idea, I always used the paddles as needed for spinning games

Great that you realised that! It's so cool, indeed. Now you need to find all the others which use it too. :-)
What do you mean in your update? Your friends are saying the original what(?) did what(?)
The original joysticks definitely didn't spin, ha ha, but the game did work with paddles, as you said.
(Some new exclusives games also support the joystick spinner; e.g. Guntech, and Danger Scavenger.)
