OBS + Quick Sync On Linux Guide (intel hardware encoding, qsv)

A quick guide on how I use OBS and Intel hardware encoding (quick sync, qsv, quicksync), with Linux. The gist is to use x11, since wayland doesn't have proper screen capture yet, and to use the codec settings I outlined above.

But there is a problem... NV12 texture support is off.
That means that the OBS will not use the new QSV codec.

It uses 3d rendering instead of video encode. Sadly.
