Here's my notes on Steven's quick deckbuilding strategy:

1. Pick two mana rune colours
2. Pick three heroes that share those colours to be the 'core heroes' of your list
3. Separate all cards of those two colours from your set to form a pool of options for your heros
4. From this 2 colour pool:
- Pick 2 1-mana power cards
- Pick 2 2-mana power cards
- Pick 2 3-mana power cards
5. Form each core hero's 8 card deck from:
- The core: Give each hero one of each of the 6 power cards selected above
- The ultimate: Give each hero its ultimate
- The 'spice': Give each hero one spell dedicated to making that hero great
6. Pick your next 3 heroes:
- Easy option: Take the other 3 heroes that share those two runes
- These are your 'situational heroes'. Which of these you draft per game depends on the game mode, which aspects of your opponent's list you need to counter, etc.
7. Give each situational hero their ultimate
8. Give each situational hero 7 cards dedicated to making them excel in their particular role
9. Draft your 3 core heroes and then whichever situational hero(es) the game mode and situation require
