The "Baizuo" thing and related things get pretty ridiculous. I recently saw a comment (or reply) - on one of FinnBol's videos, of all places, that demonstrates this. The comment was good and completely reasonable; I would think all actual Marxists would agree with it. Someone replied, "You're not a proletarian, you have glasses and blue hair." (Keep in mind, pretty sure that person has NO IDEA what OP looks like.) I was like "Proletarians can't wear vision correction!?" Guess this guy wouldn't have liked Sverdlov, hahaha. It's not like hair color means anything about class, either.

It's so dumb. It's just reactionary nonsense. In a similar vein, a lot of these people seem to hate baristas, and claim they're "not proletarian." Which is hilariously absurd. They're just conservatives who call themselves "communists."
