Recipe:

1 packet of jelly
Sponge of your choice (I used raspberry filled swiss roll)
600g Strawberries
300g Raspberries
500g blueberries
800ml Custard
600ml Double Cream

Equipment:

Large trifle dish/serving bowl or individual jars.

That is one amazing Trifle, Kate !!  A tasty work of Art !! Much more attractive,  using the jelly roll slices.. than using just cake cubes.. as I have done in the past. Everything you make, has that special / unique " Kate "  flair.

If you use half set jelly it won't soak into the sponge and fill in the gaps !!! But if you are 4 years old you won't notice.

Summer here and still strawberries in the shop but we are in level 3 and can't buy them. Soon as we are back in Level 1 I am going to make it for my husband who loves it. But I will have to make a quarter of the amount as he will eat the lot hahaha! Many thanks, love and hugs
