Can you tell me what the greatest accomplishment ANY VP has done while they were President? They are there to handle the lesser diplomatic and ceremonial duties, so the president can focus on the important stuff. Pence, Biden, Cheney, Gore, Quayle, Bush all did nothing significant while they were VP.
