When Facebook, launched the Chatbot feature on messenger, Maybelline decided to jump on the bandwagon, becoming the first beauty brand in India to innovate with the chatbot. Consumers spend about 50 minutes on Facebook and we decided to create a destination, reaching out to them in a way no beauty brand in India ever had.

Being the co-sponsors for India Fashion Week, Maybelline New York used the chatbot as a native platform to activate it on digital. We used the chatbot to push the latest trends and products, giving the consumers an insight into Fashion Week and creating waves in the digital world.
