This is perfect satire right here - works on several levels. Love the absurd academic writing at the end - it shows how the most educated class in our country uses language to gatekeep, whether intentionally or not, and how that’s widened the divide between academia and non-academia. Writers in all disciplines should embrace writing in plain English. This would make research so much more accessible and would benefit many.
