DJI Mavic Air 2 - Active Track 3.0 - APAS 3.0 - Hyperlapse Demo

In this video we take a look at Hyperlapse, Active Track 3.0, and APAS 3.0 on the DJI Mavic Air 2. This appears to be one smart drone! The obstacle avoidance, and artificial intelligence on this drone are great. Nice work DJI.

You are the man! I enjoy you keeping in the "oops I forgot to..." moments. Thanks for walking through the functions. I did a walk through a bunch of Soccer goals all stored together and flew her into a box. She couldn't go forward, up, down or sideways. It was perfect situation. I had to back her out. that beeping is really a great setting. Enjoy!

Man! That picture on the 2 is awesome. Love the video quality that dji drones can do. It could be just a bad spot for landing and interference issues in the sidewalks

For precision landing there is a solution. You must take off, stand vertically to the landing pad and climb up to 7m and it works very well then according to my personal tests. This height of 7m is visibly important! Sorry for my English I come from Switzerland (there are 3 parts, French, German and Italian and I live at French part) and I don't like using traducting solution (to maintien my memory) and it's been a long time since I finished my studies 😉. Possibly the drone doesn’t like that shade if Blue. My Precision Landings have been stellar, but I’m using the Yellow and Black.

Hyper-Lapse is such a great concept, it's just hard to know you have to fly for a long time to get a few seconds of that video. I enjoyed the active track testing, it seems to work very well, considering you don't any side sensors. And sorry about active track, you didn't have much better luck than Bill did. Great all around testing, this new drone is a winner, because at the end of the day all that really matters for me is how well if flies, and how good the video and pictures look.
