Bolting Horse Stall Mats to the Floor

In this barn we have a concrete floor that comes all the way across into the stall. They decided to attach the rubber mats to the concrete, but you don’t need to do this. It’s just an extra precaution to ensure they don’t shift. The important thing here is that you need something on top of concrete such as a rubber mat or StableComfort, no matter how many shavings you use.
