I´ve been using this model for about 6 months as a beginner, great product and good for the basics! Lots of fun and you learn as you go along. The buttons however do make a lot of noise

Hola hercules, estoy aqui para plantear mi problema con mi controladora hercules impulse 200, es que mi pc no la reconoce, dice dispocitivo desconocido, ya la proble con otros ordenadores y me arroja el mismo mensaje, ya no se que hacer de tanto investigar y mandar mensaje al soporte, porfavor necesito ayuda apenas tengo 3 meses con la controladora, y solo 1 mes la eh usado, espero pronta respuesta

How do you fix a jog wheel lag on the Hercules 300 inpluse. Some days it’s okay and someday it lags up to 5 second when I beat match bet two tunes
