U can also use 2-3-1 combo. His enhance first skill deals good amount of damage. Skill 2 to close the gap between your enemy, then immobilize them with 3rd skill and then 1st skill

I think what makes him strong is he is overtune, he is easily balanced by adjusting his numbers in his kit like CD and damage scaling.

He is quite a unique heroes. He is capable of dueling, assassination, having good neutral game, and great teamfight tool but to give this all in a single hero without adjusting his numbers is kinda a bad decision.

I'll be real, Julian is, at his core, similar to Roger, Luo Yi, Selena, a.k.a. heroes with no true ultimate, so him having this extreme damage output is no different from those heroes.

I think you should use your enhanced 1st skill more when attacking monster and poking enemy since it deal more dmg than 2nd skill enhanced, but use enhanced 2nd skill when clearing minion(cuz 1st skill pass through minion) and for escaping

Calamity Reaper is a must on julian and maybe even endless battle or thunderbelt, since he has really low cd and uses skills often.

To play this hero...just tap anything and just in five seconds your skill is available again.

For me this is like 3 ults with 5 cd but people say it has no ult.

They should make the cooldown as one of the passive.
Early game
Level 3 = 15s,
Level 6 = 12s,
Level 9 = 9s,
Level 12 = 6s
Late game

Since he rely more into his skills, it would be better to increase his skill mana consumption. Also, different cooldown skills to make it difficult.

If they would increase the CD after his combo by 2-5 seconds but keeping the enhanced auto attacks on 5 seconds or even less he would be more balanced, because you create time to punish him and he can't do anything except using normal basic attacks.
Reducing damage can make him fully balanced.

Before this there is a hero called Aamon...he remembered as one of those heroes that haven't made their solid appearance in MPLs and by the look of this new guy...boy the name Aamon will surely be forgotten just in few more months...

Combo:2-3-1
Enhance 2nd skill:close the gap and damage
Combo:3-1-2(if near enemy and the enemy uses a dash skill or spells that can help the enemy get away)
Enhance 3rd skill:delay enemy
Combo:2-1-3(if near enemy)
