Fixed My Max Trainer Resistance Issue

A huge THANK YOU, for this! Same problem as everyone here. The plastic 'wedge' was sitting one notch out at around 7 o'clock instead of the nominal 9 o'clock position. Followed your succinct directions and viola, it works again. You have saved so many of us a lot of work trying to search this out ourselves. Again, thank you! Not all heroes wear capes.

Pulled out the ole M5 the other day and it felt like the resistance was stuck and I could only make it 2 minutes at a time... did a little research, and with your video was able to fix the problem! Thank you so much, it was definitely stuck in a much harder resistance and now I'm able to go longer than 2 minutes. Lol thanks again!!

Dude thanks, I called nautilus and they really didn't help me out much but following your video I noticed my magnet was all the way up the disk all the time and I've been kicking myself in the a$$ for not buying an elliptical instead of this thing. Turns out it's been at 10 resistance the entire time I've owned it no matter what resistance i would set it at, until watching your video. Thanks again.

I lost resistance today (coindently I recently moved it to a different spot in my basement a few days ago). That part was pointed down for me. I adjusted as you showed, but now the resistance is harder than when I got it! I'll try readjusting. Thank you for the video and tip for the easy fix.

Holy 💩 it worked... quick and easy AND IT TOTALLY fixed it the problem.. the calibration on the resistance on my machine was way off and this 💯 fixed the problem

Great instructions!!! In my case the white quarter pulley was in the correct position but the cable on the other side and not in the slot. I removed the white quarter pulley and rotated it 360 degrees until the cable was back in correct place. Working as I remember, almost kills me to finish Max Interval :).

Life saver! My resistance tensioner had completely flipped over. Your instructions enabled me to fix in under 30 mins. Hardest thing was getting the cover back on.big thanks

Thanks for the video, had the same problem on my M7, took the white part off the servo and readjust, works great now, there is a dot on the servo and the white adapter, that line up when set to max setting, so help for putting in the right spot, after pulling white adapter off servo.
