Are you ready to take charge of your physical and mental well-being? Do you want to invest in yourself and your future? Then join me on this 100-day challenge!

For the next 100 days, I'll be working out daily, following a nutritious diet plan, reading 10 pages of a self-help book, and dedicating 1 hour towards learning a new skill. I invite you to join me on this journey towards self-improvement.

Whether you're a student, an aspirant for any exam or college, or someone who wants to learn new things, this challenge is for you. Together, we'll support each other, hold ourselves accountable, and make positive changes in our lives.

Challenge accepted but with a different set of rules
1- Do exercise 1 hour
2- Eat Healthy food only ( junk once a week).
3- Do minimum 7 hour of self study
4- Attend the coaching with the productive mindset
5- Sleep at 12 am anyhow
6- Reduce my screen time

I'm in for this challenge but some differences :

1> Sleep 11pm to 6 am
2> Excercise 1 hour daily
3> Eat healthy foods with proteins
4> Drink water 5 litres daily
5> Study 4 hours daily with 1 hour job ready skill

I am in for this challenge !


1. 1hour Workout ( Walking, Running, Exercise )
2. No screen till 8 AM. ( Specially phone )
3. Meditation at least 40 min
4. Listening Podcast or Reading Book ( at least 5 pages )
5. Coding for 2 hours ( 1 question )
6. Being Socialize with friends
7. No relationship ( Only self Growth )
8. Bed time ( before 1 Am )
9 . 6 Hours of Sleep

1. 1 hour workout everyday
2. 7 hrs of self study
3. 10 pages reading of any book PCM (for jee aspirant)
4. 3 Lectures everyday
5. Healthy diet (absolute no junk food junk food is not even necessary man)
6. Spend time with family or exercise a Lil bit when exhausted
7. Drinking water
8. Sleeping at the right time...

1. Exerceise - 1hr
2. Reading Book - 10 pages
3. No sugar intake
4. Reduce screen time to 2hrs/ day(currently it is at an average of 5.5hrs/day)
5. Focusing on my freelancing career - 2hrs/day
6. Focusing on my self improvement and accepting my positives and flaws

1- no eating of junk food more than once a week
2nd - finish. All daily targets
3rd - less than everyday phone watchtime.
I.e - less than 2 hr a day
