Had them both. The 2.8 is such a smooth and solid feel, just a relaxed deep purr, not stressed at all.

recently got 2, 1.9 tdi 115hp(feels like 150) and a 2.4 v6 165 hp quattro with a s4 exhaust /flex damage, sounds like fucking hell, but not too loud. Man these cars fun to drive

I drove both before buying a 2.8 V6. That engine is just so smooth and felt better to me.

I have a B5 FWD, 1.9 tdI, and chiptune on it, I have 150hp (115hp stock) Feels pretty same as in this video :D

2.8 później zjada pojemnością i momentem ale 1.8t musi być seria totalna. ...jednak większość 1, 8 t juz dawno zapomniały co to jest stock. ..mój bex tez juz 3 z przodu ma i ciągle mało 😉

widać, że 2.8 w ogóle się nie meczy bo V6 chyba bez turbo. a 1.8 T flaki wypruwa, a jak turbinka zacznie nie domagać już tak nie pójdize
