I did this with watercolor pencils when I did stage makeup for a theater company it makes perfect non staining/easy to remove lip sticks and we would even use it on our fingertips for pops of color on the lids

These warm, moist pencil tips provide an ideal environment for bacteria to grow and multiply, these have high risks as IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE USED THAT WAY for a purpose. even the CRAYOLA brand has disagreed for the pencils to be used in a cosmetic way.

Just so y’all know you can’t just mix it in the water for 2 seconds you have to leave it in for like 5-10 minutes I like to use warm water to speed up the process( also it does dry out your lips a lot)
